The Chancery Clerk has divorce, probate, land records and other civil court proceedings from 1875 forward.  The Chancery Clerk said they only charge for the cost of making copies of records and postage.

The Circuit Clerk has marriage records from 1891/1901 (Record Loss in 1903) and Court Records from 1872.  The fee for a photocopy of a marriage license is $15.00.
